He has developed his professional career in both the private sector and public service, serving in technical and legal advisory roles within key government institutions. His experience in private legal practice, combined with his work in strategic branches of the Executive, provides him with a holistic understanding of institutional operations and legal certainty. He is currently positioning himself as a key facilitator for attracting investment, focusing on national development through successful business establishment processes. His approach is preventive and results-oriented, ensuring a safe and efficient entry for foreign capital investing in the country’s growth.
