A lawyer who graduated from the UNA Faculty of Law, he has had an outstanding career in the public and political sphere. He was a member of the Departmental Board of the Government of the department of Paraguarí, where he also held the Presidency. In addition, he served as interim Governor of Paraguarí.
He was elected National Deputy, and during his term, he chaired the Legislation Commission of the Chamber of Deputies. In his career, he has also been Minister Private Secretary of the Presidency of the Republic, Consul General in Buenos Aires and Administrative Head of the Binational Entity Yacyretá
